Tenants with mental health
Tenet s with serious mental health issues should be addressed..... with consequences., yet repeated offenses has gone overlooked... ... No one should walk on eggshells or live in fear of being bullied.. so let's stay mindful and know there's a ward for tenants like this... Otherwise the Stella apartments is really a good place to settle. management and case workers are always easy to find. Weekly community things to do. Daily posted resources. Ive been having issues with neightbors not putting their animals on leashes. Almost everyone's dog is also aggressive. When ... I tried to talk to the front they told me to come back with a police report. Which the police wont come unless blood is drawn. Also they will Blair music at night in the area. Poor communication
They gave me a move in date ,when the date came I got no calls so I had to call just for them to tell me my rent was pushed ... up x amount of days . WELL THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME TAKE OFF WORK EARLY SO I CAN HAVE THE ONLY OFF DAYS I HAVE (which I let them kno so we had it scheduled)TO MOVE..LIGHTS ALREADY N THE PROCESS OF BEING SWITCHED OVER SO NOW I WILL B MOVING WITH FLASH LIGHTS!
